Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2C collections, debt recovery, or financial recovery experience within BPO or outsourcing environments
- Proven experience handling 90+ day delinquent accounts, overdue commercial portfolios, or high-risk lending accounts
- Strong background in fintech, lending, consumer finance, or financial services collections operations
- At least 1 year of permanent remote work experience with reliable internet and equipment setup
- Stable employment history with no more than a 3-month recent employment gap
- Excellent English communication skills across phone, email, and chat support channels
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, conflict resolution, and repayment arrangement skills
- Experience managing escalations, settlements, and recovery processes in high-volume environments
- Exposure to underwriting, payroll verification, lending assessments, or financial statement reviews is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems, collections platforms, and call center technologies
- Strong multitasking, analytical thinking, customer judgment, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Manage delinquent accounts through strategic outbound and inbound communications
- Diagnose root causes of non-payment and structure viable repayment solutions
- Negotiate payment plans or full settlements aligned with business objectives
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within CRM systems
- Educate customers on repayment options and financial implications
- Resolve payment-related inquiries independently and efficiently
- Prioritize and organize follow-ups to maximize recovery outcomes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Meet and exceed performance metrics tied to recovery and service quality
- Contribute to customer experience through professional and solutions-driven interactions
